Skillink again rated 5 stars by Les Echos 2023

For 6 years now, Les Echos magazine has teamed up with the Statista polling institute to draw up a list of the best recruitment agencies and portals in France. The ranking honors industry professionals in the two distinct categories of managerial and specialist recruitment, and executive recruitment.

The study, carried out in spring 2022, was conducted online directly on the lesechos.fr website, via the LinkedIn professional social network, and by e-mail. To conduct the survey, the institute canvassed over 7,000 stakeholders, including candidates, customers (HR departments or managers), consultants and industry professionals. 

5 evaluation criteria :

• The quality of the services offered by the recruitment agency
• Quality of execution of assignments entrusted to the firm
• The quality of candidate selection
• Communication
• Value for money

Companies with above-average scores qualify for the Palmarès, with the top 45 earning the maximum score of 5 stars.

For the third year running, Skillink has retained its top 5/5 rating in the "Recruitment of managers and specialists" category. More precisely, Skillink is one of only 4 recruitment agencies dedicated to the world of Tech to have been awarded 5 stars!

The firm enters the "Executive Search" category for the recruitment of senior executives and highly qualified candidates.
