Where does the RPO take place?
To best meet your requirements, our RPO consultants can either work from your premises directly with your team, or operate remotely from our offices. In either case, they focus exclusively on your recruitment needs.
How long does an RPO last?
Here again, we adapt to your requirements. Our RPO assignments can last from 3 months to 1 year, or even longer, depending on the context. Our consultants can work full-time for the duration of the RPO assignment, or part-time, 2 to 3 days a week.
What are the profiles of our RPO consultants?
Our RPO consultants are experts. They have all been trained in our direct approach and headhunting methods. Generally speaking, they have a Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+5), and between 1 and 5 years' experience (sometimes more). Thanks to their experience in recruiting for a variety of organizations, they are able to integrate quickly into our customers' teams.
Can I choose the profile of the RPO consultant who will work on my assignment?
Of course you can! In any case, the choice is yours! You know the profile of the RPO consultant(s) who will be joining your team before the RPO assignment begins. Before the contract is signed, we send you one or more detailed CVs of the RPO consultants available to work on your project. You meet them and select their profile (level of seniority, experience in recruitment or other HR subjects) before any assignment is launched.
How much does an RPO cost?
Our RPO assignments are invoiced on the basis of the daily rate of the RPO consultant(s) working for your company. This usually ranges from 350 to 650 euros per day, depending on their level of experience and the duration of the assignment you are looking for. It is also possible to opt for a formula in which fees are paid in part according to the achievement of objectives to be defined. It all depends on your recruitment challenges. Once again, we can adapt!
