Personal data protection

SKILLINK ("We") builds strong, lasting relationships with candidates ("You"), based on mutual trust. We collect and process your personal data in order to provide you with a service, advise you on your career path and make your job search as easy and secure as possible. As such, we are committed to an ongoing approach to protecting candidate data, in compliance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) of April 27, 2016. This Policy informs you of the means implemented to protect your Personal Data and informs you of your rights relating to privacy. PREAMBLE

We feel it is important to remind you of the key elements of our professional practices and ethics when we enter into a relationship with you and when we accompany you in your professional development.

In order to maintain a high level of quality in the recruitment processes we manage, we are committed to developing a professional relationship with our candidates that is marked by respect and empathy, free from any form of discrimination, and based on a genuine approach of personalized support and transparency. In keeping with our reciprocal commitments to our customers, who entrust us with their recruitment assignments on an exclusive basis, we only approach you in the context of genuine professional opportunities which have been the subject of in-depth interviews with our customers, and which have always led to the drafting and signing of a precise recruitment agreement. We do not engage in large-scale recruitment or mass processing. Our consultants handle no more than ten assignments at any one time, to guarantee a high level of follow-up and information throughout the process and beyond. We consider our role as intermediary to be of inestimable added value. We never use algorithms to pre-select candidates, nor do we use automated methods to contact you or assess your skills. We never use automatic processing to collect your data. Our involvement in recruitment processes is exclusively human, and is carried out from start to finish by our consultants, with whom you are in direct contact. For each of our missions, we define a dedicated and rigorous approach to guarantee the relevance and precision of our approach and the processing of your data.
