- Ensure that the technical team has access to all necessary documentation,
5. Recruitment and skills development:

Profile required
Ideally, you have a 5-year higher education qualification, such as an engineering school or university specializing in computer science.
You have at least 5 years' professional experience, enabling you to acquire solid technical skills (Frontend and Backend) in the creation of software solutions, as well as initial experience in team management. You have real expertise in architecture and application design and development, enabling you to evolve on the existing stack (ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, Prisma, GCP). Mastery of ReactJS is expected for this position, as well as experience of Cloud services. You also have a certain managerial credibility (and an appetite to move towards this type of responsibility).
Throughout your career, you have demonstrated your ability to anticipate risks and difficulties, and above all to make strategic choices and define a roadmap for innovative projects.
