Responsibilities
You will be a key player in a company specialized in traceability. As a Manager Leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy for the company's software offerings, and for managing their development and sales, thereby contributing to the company's success and growth.
As part of the Software Solutions Business Line management team, you will lead a team of 30 to 40 people and report to the Director of the Traceability Business Unit.
Your missions will revolve around :
- Defining the marketing strategy :
- Collaborate with product managers to develop innovative marketing strategies that position software offerings competitively in the marketplace.
- Development management :
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design to production, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Sale of offers :
- Work closely with the sales department to effectively promote and sell the software offers created, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Delivery and installation :
- Coordinate the dedicated team to ensure quality delivery, installation and training for customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support and maintenance :
- Provide level 3 software maintenance.
- P&L management :
- Be responsible for the profitability of the Software Solutions Business Line by controlling costs and optimizing revenues to meet financial targets.
- Leadership and team management :
- Lead, motivate and develop the teams under your responsibility to achieve operational excellence.
- Participation in the CODIR :
- Be an active member of the Business Unit Management Committee, contributing to the company's overall strategy and taking part in key decisions.
Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days a week.
Profile required
You have a 5-year higher education qualification, such as an engineer (IT, project management) or in marketing/commerce, with a strong interest in the software sector.
You have significant experience in a management position, preferably in a sector close to the ecosystem, enabling you to acquire proven expertise in development in the .NET environment and in software product management. You have a solid understanding of the software market and an ability to identify emerging trends. You have advanced skills in financial management and P&L analysis.
Your excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills, as well as your ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several projects simultaneously, will be key to your success in this position.
Fluent written and spoken professional English.
