Responsibilities
You will manage the product, price, supplier and OCS repositories, as well as the third-party databases needed to run the ERP. You will manage the distribution of catalogs from suppliers or internal departments, and ensure the distribution of commercial data from the banners. You will be the guarantor of the quality of the data used by the stores' and the Central's IT systems. You will manage projects within your scope and organize their smooth operational implementation. You will manage, train and develop the skills of your team. You will be a member of the Management Committee and a key player in the company's progress plan.
The aims of the position are as follows:
- Set up a single commercial data repository (products, purchase prices, sales, customers, suppliers and third parties),
- Manage and coordinate the development, publication and maintenance of catalogs, sales assistants and OCS repositories to meet deadlines,
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of the Group's repositories, catalogs and third-party data,
- Guarantee optimal collective efficiency by coordinating the actions of the Group's various departments,
- Ensure that catalogs comply with industry standards,
- Propose and coordinate the evolution of repository management tools to contribute to the Group's development,
- Ensure the smooth running of projects within your scope,
- Increase internal and external customer satisfaction,
- Ensure the development of your employees (versatility, skills, autonomy, etc.).
Occasional travel to Nanterre or to suppliers and partners will be considered. Telecommuting / presence on site 3 days a week minimum.
Profile required
You have a 5-year higher education diploma in project management, management, IT...
You have at least 15 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position, enabling you to manage projects and teams. You have a good knowledge of retail repositories. You know how to manage complex, high-volume data in an ERP system. You are familiar with Google Suite/Pack Office. You know how to use store management software, ERP and catalog management tools (SQL).
Your ability to lead and federate a network, your oral communication skills and your analytical mind.
Fluent English.
