Responsibilities
You will participate in the definition of the digital strategy and be responsible for its implementation within the Group and other subsidiaries. In particular, you will be in charge of leading the Group's change management through digital transformation and steering projects aimed at achieving the expected changes, in coordination with the Group's various support and operational departments, and guaranteeing the optimum day-to-day operation of systems and applications serving users.
As such, you will :
- Take ownership of the master plan and develop the IS transformation roadmap in coordination with comex, after gathering requirements and integrating technological developments,
- Define the target architecture of the information system and guarantee its performance over time, by building the transformation plan to achieve it,
- Manage IT transformation projects ("the build"), at all stages (scoping, calls for tender, implementation, change management), following a roadmap regularly shared with management, and controlling the schedule, budget and quality of deliverables,
- Rebuild and restructure an IT organization to serve the Group's various entities by instilling a real sense of customer service, in a spirit of collaboration and development, with the aim of making internal customers (business lines) satisfied with the Group's IT functions,
- Structure and manage the "run", in particular user support activities, with the aim of maximizing user satisfaction,
- Ensure the operational readiness of IT systems and applications, and manage IT resources in a performance-oriented way,
- Guarantee the security of information systems and the integrity of company and user data,
- Supervise and coordinate internal IT resources and IT ecosystem service providers, and manage other company resources in project mode,
- Determine, evaluate and guarantee the budget required to deploy the IT policy, while optimizing costs and monitoring the annual budget,
- Participate in transformation project committees,
- Maintain a constant technological watch to be a source of proposals, identify needs and steer technological developments,
- Implement user communication, mobilize users by teaching them, and drive change,
- Study the interest and feasibility of the Group's new digital projects and tools, in particular by qualifying their ROI via their profitability and expected performance, as well as their deployment conditions, and promote them internally to the management committee and throughout the organization,
- Embrace the company's values and instill them within your team and with your internal and external contacts.
Profile required
You have a BAC+5 degree in computer science from an engineering school or equivalent university.
You have a strong background as CIO of a small or medium-sized company with a strong operational activity (such as industry, supply chain, retail...) or as Director of IT Studies in a similar company of a slightly larger size. You have solid skills in IT project management (more buy than make) and team management. You know how to build IS architecture with a good understanding of business challenges and the transformation plan to achieve this.
You will demonstrate strong leadership skills in order to involve your teams in the upcoming changes, and other departments in the new ways of working between business and IT. Your positive and inspiring management style will help to create a sense of goodwill within the technical team and in the relationship with the business.
