Functional expert IS finance - Optics
- Act as the main contact for the finance department and provide business expertise to the technical teams (set objectives, identify key players and draw up specifications and functional specifications).
- Manage projects and lead teams (organize workshops, design and monitor indicators)

Responsibilities
You will participate in the expression and formalization of IS requirements (creation of functionalities, modifications to existing functionalities, etc.) for business users (store, head office, etc.). You will manage cross-functional improvement and development projects, providing advice and expertise in line with the company's IT strategy (urban planning, operations, etc.). You will be responsible for ensuring that developments are carried out correctly, and will manage testing and functional acceptance. You will be responsible for monitoring application development and maintenance, and will be the main contact for business units in the context of tool development (communication, training). You will be required to improve performance, contribute to the operation and participate in the management and evolution of the company's IS to ensure consistency with the orientations, operating modes and processes defined at business level.
The aims of the position are as follows:
- Guarantee the implementation of IT projects, taking into account quality, performance, costs and deadlines,
- Guarantee the quality of IS delivery to users,
- Guarantee the consistency of applications with business needs,
- Get all stakeholders with potentially divergent interests to rally around a common solution,
- Supporting change and training users (opticians, hearing aid practitioners and in-house staff),
- Increase internal and external customer satisfaction,
- Ensure the development of your employees (versatility, skills, autonomy, etc.).
Occasional travel to Nanterre or to suppliers and partners will be considered.
Profile required
You have a degree (Bac +3/4) in computer science.
You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, enabling you to grasp a variety of IS issues, particularly those related to financial functions, and to manage projects. You are able to support and challenge various business users in expressing their needs. You've already had the opportunity to manage projects, particularly end-to-end application projects, and to ensure that deadlines and quality are met.
