Responsibilities
Your role will be to build and implement the new customer acquisition strategy.
As such, your main tasks will focus on the following areas:
- Creation, management, optimization and tracking of paid acquisition campaigns on various performance marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads),
- Budget monitoring,
- Management of service providers,
- Affiliate network development and management,
- Creation of content creation briefs to improve campaign performance,
- Reporting, analysis and optimization of campaign performance (Reach, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, etc.).
Profile required
You have a 3/5-year higher education qualification, such as a business school or university equivalent.
You have at least 3 years' experience in BtoC acquisition. You are familiar with paid strategies on Meta and other platforms such as Google Ads. You'll be able to understand the challenges of affiliate marketing, so you can implement the right strategies and create influential partnerships. Knowledge or experience of CRM issues is a real plus, as you'll also be able to work on customer enrichment.
Pragmatic and versatile, you enjoy being in direct contact with the field.
