Our client is a consulting firm specializing in tailor-made support for key accounts on complex projects.
Responsibilities
Working in the Public Sector division, and more specifically in the team dedicated to the Justice sector, your role will be to represent the firm to prospects and existing customers in order to develop long-term partnerships. You will work with project teams, and in particular project managers, to build complete offers for complex technological solutions.
As a real hunter and involved in the entire sales cycle, you will be responsible for developing a customer portfolio, identifying relevant business opportunities and developing the entity's reputation and sales.
You will be responsible for :
- Position yourself on calls for tender (trying to stay one step ahead of the competition) and build a relevant response in collaboration with project managers,
- Identify the decision-makers, the need, the budget, the deadline and the competition,
- Close as many deals as possible while managing your pipeline with potentially long sales cycles,
- Monitor customer accounts,
- Report regularly to management to provide a clear view of the market and your business/results, including structured dealflow monitoring,
- Monitor the public sector market in order to be identified as a preferred partner.
Profile required
You have a 5-year degree from a business school or equivalent university.
You have at least 5 years' successful experience in selling digital solutions and services(rates) with high added value and a commitment to results. Knowledge of public procurement practices and terminology would be a plus for this position. Experience in a digital services company would be a plus.
You'll have developed an effective negotiation methodology to successfully complete a long-cycle sale and develop long-term partnerships.
A skilled hunter, you also know how to adapt your approach to the person you're talking to, and find tailor-made solutions to meet specific customer needs.
Your pronounced taste for sales, your mastery of negotiation techniques as well as your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be assets to your success in this position.
