Responsibilities
You will manage and implement the digital fundraising strategy or campaigns for a portfolio of customer accounts (associations and/or foundations). Your role will range from strategic thinking to the follow-up of digital campaigns = acquisition / branding / fundraising campaigns (including paid media), CRM programs, social network operations, mini-campaign sites, event operations with landing pages, email cycles..., so many projects that your daily routine will never rhyme with routine. You'll be part of a small, dynamic and close-knit team. You will follow up and manage several customer files.
Your detailed missions will be :
Participation in strategic thinking and in the framing of annual campaigns or strategies,
- Planning and budgeting of customer campaigns and operations,
- Managing and coordinating internal and external resources (freelance creatives, technical teams, media agencies, SEO experts, Google Analytics...),
- Responsibility for campaign implementation and quality: web design and content monitoring, drafting of specifications, production monitoring, acceptance testing, etc,
- Management of media plans with media experts, including RS: Facebook ads, Google ads (multi-levers),
- Statistical analysis, results analysis and optimization recommendations (Google Analytics / Matomo),
- Customer relationship management, including operational points with supported customers (upstream preparation and participation in meetings, drafting of minutes, summary notes, etc.).
You will ensure that budgets and schedules are respected, and that actions and tools are properly implemented. You will be responsible for the administrative and financial follow-up of your projects, in liaison with the Senior Project Manager.
Profile required
You have a degree (Bac+4/5).
You have at least 5 years' professional experience in a similar role within a digital project management team (agency or other). You have excellent project management, complex digital campaign management and planning skills. Ideally, you are familiar with the fundraising sector.
From a technical point of view, you master :
- HTML, data feeds, SEA, SEO...,
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and, where applicable, other analysis platforms,
- An email routing system (including marketing automation) and Excel (or Spreadsheet),
- The main promotional levers, including social media (including Facebook), search engines (Google ads / Bing, etc.).
Passionate about digital marketing, you have a thirst for new digital knowledge. You are capable of interpreting information and analyzed data. You have a strong interest in the non-profit sector, with a willingness to participate in the development of customer causes and missions.
